Four Daily Routines


Here are four simple things we all must do every day to maintain our personal integrity and health (personal experience as a parent and clinical as a social service worker with challenged people):

EAT RIGHT
MOVE RIGHT
SLEEP RIGHT
THINK RIGHT

If you eat right your body has the energy so that you can move right.
If you move right your body gets tired and can relax so you can sleep right.
If you can sleep right each night then you are better able to face life’s stresses and this helps you think right.

It all starts with eating right and that means getting your daily servings of vegetables and fruits. GOOD EATING!
