Everyone needs to know they can make healthy quick meals. Here are some things to have in the house for nutritious meals. (we can talk more about this in the forums for paid members)

IN THE FREEZER —————

1. Frozen Berries e.g. Blueberries, Raspberries, Strawberries
2. Skinless Chicken Breasts
3. Mixed Vegetables e.g. Peas, Diced Carrots, Tomatoes
4. Nuts and Seeds e.g. Sunflower, Pumpkin, Walnuts, Hazelnuts
5. Lean Meats e.g. hamburger, stir-fry strips, lamb, fish

IN THE FRIDGE ————-
6. Eggs
7. Dark Leafy Greens e.g. Kale, Swiss Chard, Spinach
8. Plain non-fat Yogurt
9. APPLES – phytochemicals may help regulate blood sugars
10. Skim Milk
11. Sweet Peppers

IN THE PANTRY ————–
12. Salmon canned and dried
13. Whole Wheat Pasta ( Quinoa and Spelt too )
14. BEANS , canned and dried
15. OATS
16. OLIVE OIL
17. Whole Grain Bread ( Sourdough too )
18. Tomato canned and sauce and dried
19. Brown Rice
20. Popcorn
